Welcome to House Čoko – a great place to stay !
We are located in Baška Voda at the Makarska Riviera, which belongs to one of the most beautiful coastlines in Croatia.
Our house is suitable for maximum 16 people and is perfect for couples, families or group of friends looking for an elegant holiday accommodation.
The owner lives in the house and speaks English, German and Croatian fluently. Parking is available in in courtyard of the house, however it is necessary to check the availability in advance. Near the house you will find: shops, a pharmacy, ATM/bank, bakery and medical care. The pebble beach and the centre is a 5-minutes walk where you will find restaurants,
bars and much more.
During your stay we will be at your disposal for any questions or services you may need.

Individual rooms
All rooms are individually furnished and tastefully decorated in order to provide a cozy ambience during your stay.
Rooms with a view
Each room has its own balcony. The front side of the house overlooks the village and the sea and the back side looks at the Biokovo mountain which is 1.762m high.
Comfort
All rooms are equipped with air condition, satellite TV and refrigerator. Towels and bed linen will be provided and changed regularly.
Kitchen
There is a small common kitchen on each floor.

In case of a shorter rental period of less than 3 days, an additional 30% will be added to the price.

Conditions
In order to book your accommodation in House Coko, please send us an inquiry by email or call us. As a rule, we will reply to your inquiry within 24 hours. After we have confirmed the reservation, we will send you an invoice for payment of the 30% advance; we kindly ask you to make the payment within 7 days in order to guarantee your reservation, and send us the bank payment confirmation. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled without prior notification. The balance can either payed 7 days prior to your arrival or upon arrival in cash.
If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days prior to your arrival, we will return the advance payment. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days prior to your arrival, we will not be able to return your advance payment or any other payment you have made.
Upon paying the full amount, we will send you all of the necessary documents for your accommodation, including detailed instructions on how to reach us.
We recommend that you purchase travel insurance in order to avoid possible losses caused by reservation cancellation. If you would like to cancel your reservation and reschedule it for another period, we will do our best to satisfy your demands. If you would like to pass on your reservation to someone else, we will accept this under the same terms, provided we are informed about who the new guests are. Please make all requests related to your reservation in written form.
By confirming your reservation and paying the advance, you explicitly confirm that you are familiar with the general terms and conditions, and that you accept them.
